The Energetical Spectrum
* The emotional energy we experience exist on a spectrum - on one side - dense energy and on the opposite one - light energy.
* In main stream it’s something that people label as negative and positive vibrations / frequencies.
* However, in it’s very essence there's nothing positive nor negative about both types of this energy — they just are — they just are simply experiences that elicit certain reactions and one’s we like because they’re comfortable and the others we don’t because they’re uncomfortable.
*Positive and negative naming are more for their experiential qualities — negative emotions make you contracted / drained (it takes from your life force energy) (-) ➡️ fear makes you shrink, anger tightens you up and sadness weights you down. Whereas in contrast, the positive emotions make you feel expansive (+) uplifted and liberated, it adds to your aliveness.
* we should not avoid the negative emotions as they do serve a purpose (WHAT PUROPSE DW PASAKYTK) but if they dominate your experience, they keep you in a rective, defensive states rather than in a space of healthy and expanded consciousness.
*We are escaping and not confronting negative emotional experiences because they do indeed do not feel natural for our spirit yet the constat avoidance of feeling the dense energy within compounds to accumulating this energy in one's system and
Main idea - the way we experience life—our perspective, mental state and dominant emotions - are shaped by the state of consciousness (the quality of energy) that runs in our system.
At one side of the spectrum consciousness [energy ] is fragmented
and on the other one - consciousness [ energy ] is unified.
Let’s explore these both sides of the energetical spectrum:
Your state of consciousness can be more on the contracted side of the spectrum, meaning it is more fragmented than it is unified. This fragmented state of consciousness results from significant emotional overwhelm experienced in one's life. It’s usually something along the lines of having experiences of feeling unloved, unaccepted, betrayed, neglected, all forms of abuse).
A person with a fragmented consciousness is a person with a fragmented psyché.
At first glance, consciousness and psyché may not seem interconnected as mainstream culture portrays them. Yet, the more I dive into the core meaning of both concepts, the more I realize that they represent one and the same - the intangible, energetic part of the self.
Word “psyché” comes from the Greek word "ψυχή" (psukhē), which originally referred to the "soul", "spirit" or "life force”.
It's only later when this term was permanently borrowed by the field of psychology, where it now primarily refers to the mind, thoughts, and emotions, rather than the spiritual essence it once denoted.
This fragmentation of one’s consciousness // psyché // soul creates an experience full of angst and suffering as one’s inner system cannot find solace - there are too many parts of self that hold contradictory perspectives about the self and life and thus are in conflict with one another.
In this state of consciousness, you feel trapped in internal conflicts, unable to find harmony or resolution. This unhealthy condition of the psyché drains your energy, creates emotional suffering, and leaves you feeling powerless—fueling self-hatred and resentment toward life itself.
When you do the work to rejoin with your splitted of parts of self you have much more consciousness flooding through you available.
On the contrary, your state of consciousness can shift toward the unified side of the energetic spectrum, reflecting an integrated and healthy psyché. In this state, your inner parts are aware of each other, coexist in balance rather than seeking dominance, and are free from the internal conflicts that create emotional turmoil and burdens that deplete energy from you.
Reuniting with your inner parts is an ecstatic experience, filling you with bliss, love, and empowerment while connecting you to something GREAT, something beyond the self—perhaps LIFE itself as in this state of reunion of your parts life force energy is able to flow freely through you, no longer branching off into depletion through internal conflicts, tension, or resentment. From this space of unity, you awaken a deep appreciation for yourself and the world, seeing beauty in everything. Through time you tap into the ultimate perspective of oneness, cultivating unconditional love for yourself and all of existence.
I created one of my very first YouTube videos on this topic.
