I mean from the foundational point of view

everything IS ENERGY

… is comprised of energy, and not the other way around

that’s why I am keen on approaching emotional issues of humans through the perspective of energy - our soul interacting with the energies of this world aka , or more precisely people and situations that do carry certain energetical frequencioes to themselves

through the perspective of energy, not the mind as the lartter approach is starting to get robust and it does not have the capabilities to dig into

does not have the capability to see the whole picture in it’s depth .

It’s just a reminder that everything is energy 😛

The foundational fabric of this universe itself IS ENERGY

Then everything else - the physical stuff, the emotional landscapes are being built up on this foundational fabric of energy.
